January 7, 2025We have been using these pans for 2 years. The edges are chipping so bad that they are cutting our fingers. I wrote a very polite email sharing our concerns and we were told that there is no issue. They recommend pan protectors, which we use. Please be aware! See below for Consumer Service Response. Very sad that these beautiful pans are made so cheaply.
FROM CONSUMER SERVICES:
I am very sorry, but this would be considered a cosmetic flaw.
Since there is no issue affecting functionality, this is not covered under our warranty and does not require replacement.
Chipping is a natural occurrence with Ceramic Non-stick.
Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.
Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.
The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium.
If chipping is present along the rim, it is recommended to use pan protectors.
We take great care in reviewing all warranty claims. We have experts who can easily determine whether a manufacturing defect is present.
I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use
Decent cookware but not worth the colors.

July 14, 2024I bought this item due to both use and sleek design. The colors are beautiful and I thought they would look great in my kitchen. I made sure to also purchase the silicon utensils so I don't scratch the pans, and per GreenPans suggestions, I ordered more of the pan protectors because I wanted the pans to last. I wish I had realized that the pans already came with pan protectors so buying more was a waste of money, but that is on me for not reading everything. Within the first few weeks, I already noticed peeling from the bottom of some of the pans and the rims from the lids. I reached out to support who told me that peeling of the bottom of the pan was fine. I understand it's fine, but when you're using the product for its intended purpose and following the cooking guidelines the company sets forth, you shouldn't have a product that gets ruined almost immediately. I was hoping to at least receive a replacement pot or something. I'm not sure why they sell lids that very easily scrape off the top coating on the pans and then act like it's normal and a fine thing to happen.
Again, the pans work but paying the extra cost for the color was an absolute waste & a mistake. Rating 3/5 due to the way they cook but I'd never purchase again or recommend this product to anyone after my experience with the product and customer support.

February 1, 2024I received the Green Pan Reserve Collection Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frypan with Lid in Sunrise complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, I love the light yellow color with the gold handles. This is an aesthetically pleasing pan that adds some personality to my kitchen. The size of this frypan is perfect for making all kinds of meals, and the pan itself is lightweight for the size, a huge plus. Unfortunately, I did feel like this pan heated a little unevenly on my gas stove (heat stayed in the center) and took a bit longer to heat up than my stainless steel pans. I coated my pan in oil as instructed and the nonstick claim was true, making for easy clean up. I do have a bit of an issue with the marketing label of this pan. On the outside label, it states that this is tough and scratch resistance as well as dishwasher safe. However, a sticker attached to the pan tells you to wash by hand. While I understand that this is always the best care in taking care of cookware, it seemed a little contradictory and should probably have the care instructions of the inside label be what is listed on the outer label, which is readable in stores. The glass lid is a nice addition and I like that this is oven safe as well. I think this is a pretty good pan, I just need to adjust my cooking times and wait for this to thoroughly heat up.
[Rewarded Review] Absolutely the best frypan you will need!

January 7, 2025First of all Greenpan, you have outdone yourself! This is the holy grail of all frypans! The size is perfect for so many meals & this eye-catching pan comes in a shade of blush that I totally fell in love with. Along with the accent of the gold handles this pan is simply gorgeous! But, beauty aside, this frypan is uber amazing! It's a lot safer to cook with due to it not releasing those nasty forever chemicals like other pans can once they heat up for two minutes! The outside is aluminum and scratch resistant & I've noticed how my meals cook a lot quicker, but always thoroughly and evenly. Nothing sticks to this pan! Ever! Even the cheesiest of meals aren't of any concern! I love the feature of the handle where your spatula or wooden spoon easily fits. It's so much more sanitary then stirring and then trying to quickly find a napkin or a plate to set it on until you need it again! I give this pan four stars and it took seeing the drastic change in not only my cooking time and quality of the food I prepared to realize I will definitely invest in the more expensive pots and pans in the future. You definitely do get what you pay for!
